Following a year of failures for EA with Battlefield V and Battlefront 2, EA has moved to declare bankruptcy, rumours speculate.
This follows EA stock prices dropping by over 40 in a 4 month period.
When asked for a comment EA Ceo Patrick Clemonts refused to reply.
We've is that the IPs are going happily to a new home, and hopefully a new hope.
With that, Star Wars is now property of Obsidian Entertainment, whereas Battlefield is remaining with Dice, who is now looking at a partnership with zenimax, Bethesda's parent company.
We can only hope that this sets a precedent for future game developers about respecting the community that allows them to make a living.
Furthermore, we maintain hope that people stop falling for articles of this nature and commit to No Nut November.
