Latesha Norville 25 , has a warrant for breaking in multiple cars police say. Many of her break ins were tooken place near Fort Lauderdale Beach homes. A witness say he seen the young lady one night wearing a black jacket with a hoodie on her head along with some black leggings and gloves.
