On Thursday evening, a 7 year old boy by the name of Rylan T. was arrested for “underage Mario Karting.” He had broken into the Nintendo headquarters garage and hijacked one of their prototype Mario Karts. They did not have license plates but are still considered cars. As the boy was driving away, he was not paying attention to the road and ran into a Goomba statue. No injuries were reported, but the Mario Kart was damaged, and the boy was arrested and put to court the next day. In his defense during the trial, Rylan said, “I thought I was actually playing Mario Kart, it was so realistic.”
