A 17 Year Old male was Caught Smoking Dick Early Saturday Morning. Witness say they seen a lightskin bearded male giving money to a long neck suspicious man. Others say he was smoking the dick for hours before Officer Brown caught him. This happend around 11am by The school Proviso West. Other information will be excluded later on.
