The official goverment of Bialystok announced a referendum for joining the region to Belarus. It will be held on may 31. The authorities from Warsaw have refused to comment on this situation. The President of the Republic of Belarus has already recorded an appeal to the Bialystok people, in which he said that he would support any decision of the brother nation.
