Jacob Smith was arrested on April 14, 2019 at 1am where police found him in a house holding a gun to a young ladies head. The lady resisted giving her name up to authorities. Jacob told the police that she and a few of her male friends jumped his younger brother. The fourteen year old is now being held in custody for questioning.
