Around 7:20 Eric Reyes a 13 year old child from Bakersfield CA was in East Bakersfield hanging out with friends who have been put under custody for possesion of a firearm without a permit. Authorities say Eric was alive at the seen with about 6 shots on his stomach and lower body area. As they took Eric to the closet hospital Eric was reportedly dead at around 8:00. Mother Cynthia Reyes said she was not up to answering any questions to our reporters.
