DOWNINGTOWN PA (WAP) Recent reports suggest a homeless veteran has been scavenging the parking lot of a local mcdoanlds in search of money. The investigation started after local Dora Stanton (74) said she had begun seeing a “disheveled, overweight veteran desperately looking for coins” in the local parking lot.
