Highschool Burns to Ground

Local high school Sir John A MacDonald burned to the ground early Saturday morning. Halifax Regional Fire Station 65 located close to the school noticed flames around 1:15am. They were able to immediately start battling the blaze, but it intensified very rapidly, engulfing the entire structure within 30 minutes. The cause of the fire in under investigation, but officials with the station have already deemed it suspicious due to it's rapid intensity.
Officials with Halifax Regional Center for Education would not officially comment on the situation, but admitted that they do not know what arrangements can be made for the students in September. It is likely that the students will not be starting school in September and alternate arrangements will have to be made.
