Tione Merritt know as lil tjay, was getting in his car to go somewhere and was shot by 2 people in a white van that was on site. As the shooting was happening the neighbors called the cops. As they pulled up there was no sign of the van. The neighbors got a picture of the white vans license plate and the cops are still searching for the van.
