K.A.A.N, or Brandon Perry, identified earlier today as a victim from a gang-related shooting in Maryland, 2 members of the Jefferson Avenue Crips, Josiah Belle and DeMarcus Brown, were arrested for the drive-by shootings of K.A.A.N and his girlfriend, Akari Carters, Brown may face up to 15 years in prison for being the driver, while Belle, a high-ranking member of the Jefferson Avenue, is looking at 21 to 30 years, with 17 years being the mandatory sentencing in Maryland. His service is being planned at Cairo Gardens, where many prominent rappers pledged to take part of, including Meek Mill, Lil Pump, Dax, SpaceGhostPurrp, and Ski Mask The Slump God. His death is one that sent shockwaves to the underground Hip-Hop scene, and with the deaths of great rappers before, like DGB, and XXXTENTACION, hopefully an end to the violence can begin today, or sometime in the future.
