Did you hear what FHS is willing to do now to discipline kids? Starting in October, students who either park in the wrong lot, do not have a parking pass, or take a teachers spot will be TOWED, and fined $250.
During the 2018-2019 school year, Juniors had “absolutely unacceptable behaviour”, causing Franklin Police to reach out to FHS administration. Franklin Police said that this is a major safety concern, and should be taken seriously.
School Resource Officers have been monitoring the parking lot and are going to be taking action upon students with little warning. FHS administration has recently begun to utilize, and monitor parking lot cameras very closely and “on a daily basis” to the front and side lot parking lot to suspect any intruding vehicles.
