On or about October 15,2019 South Bend man Donald H Rose 32 was accused of selling anal cream disguised as ultra brite toothpaste. He told the client Mr.Franklin of South Bend, it was a miracle toothpaste and would make your teeth white as white can be as Mr Franklin stated. Wednesday October 16,2019 Mr Franklin was rushed to Memorial Hosptial around 6:30am because he had used the toothpaste and had a very bad reaction. There he was informed it wasnt toothpaste and it was in fact for hemorrhoids. He then told officers who sold it to him and where he could be located. Upon arrival at Marthon Gas Station on linconway and Adam's st. They found Mr.Rose selling the toothpaste to another client. He then was arrested and booked into the St. Joseph County Jail with pending charges of fraud.
