It has been rumoured that Epic Games will be resetting all locker/cosmetic purchases in v11.12 due to sever overload while selecting skins. A quote from an epic official. "On top of competitive queue times, loading lockers is the next biggest thing servers have to handle. If we were to find a way of speeding up locker times queue times could be shortened.
A forward quote from a popular "leaker" FNBRLeaks tweeted to his amassed 370k followers saying. "Resetting lockers could reduce queue times by 2-3 min. The servers just can't handle creative, playground, arena and pubs at the same time." He has also stated" Epic Games does not need to give refunds due to TAC stating that refunds aren't allowed. Another popular YouTuber "The Camping Rusher" who is also a leaker has sided with epic on this decision due to "Competitive games taking too long to get into nowadays."
