Neriah Renteria , 17 of Tulare , Is now behind bars for a brutal fight between another Tulare resident. The fight took place on Wednesday evening on T Street and Cedar around 6:00pm. Cops were called and parents were furious with the fight on their property. Parents one of the students apart of the investigation, Pressed charges after Neriah Stepped on her skull and broke it .Neriah then went crazy and took off in the cop car and smacked it into a tree. Deputy Oliver Tosh was reported to the scene when the fight broke out.
