Fortnite is a very popular game, but due to overloaded servers, long queues and getting sued + fined everyday, they are shutting it down. The Epic Games owner Tim Sweeney said in a interview that due to this, they will shut down. Tim Sweeney is very sad that they have to make this decision and that they are doing this, but its a decision made by Epic Games and other people related to this situation.
The exact date of the shutdown is 12 January, 2020. Meaning on that date if you're playing there, you're game will crash and it will say "error". If you try to join again then it isnt gonna work. Its gonna say the exact same thing.
So yeah.
Keep playing Fortnite whenever you can.
