It was the hour of 6pm on a Wednesday evening that her worrying neighbour heard a dog whining on Shrewsbury Road. She took a look outside her window to find a small, golden blonde kicking her dog as it wouldn't move. " It was vile behaviour and that family should not be aloud to own their dog." Further action will be taken from this and RSPCA will be looking into it, hopefully take legal action and the dog will be put into a new, safe, loving family home.
