Incident occurred around 12:00 at night. Laredo Police Department received a call from an anonymous caller stating 2 males mysteriously moving “back and fourth” at a very high speed. When officers arrived at the scene, a male identified as 16 year old Samuel Segovia Jr. was caught doing sexual interactions with 16 year old Jesus Ramos, also known as “pollo” a name given to him by CDN. Both juveniles are currently being held at ISS for a sentence of 3 hours.
