On Sunday, December 8th at around 5:37 pm (western) famous rapper known as "NLE Choppa" was allegedly arrested for the murder of his friend, crip, and rapper known as "Blueface" over an escalated argument about each others succession in music. Sergio Kitchens, or better known in the rap world as "Gunna", witnessed this, and her is what he has to say, "It was tragic. To see probably the two best friends in the whole gang get into an argument about something they both love to share was shocking." They were in the Crip House when it happened. (Gunna), "I was upstairs just vibing with some of the other homies, then I went down stairs to get me some more chips, and I see NLE (Choppa) pull out a strap. I told him to "chill the f**k out n***a" and he pointed the gun at me. He said "Aye Gunna, who gots the better music?" I ain't wanna die so i calmly said "Both of you got the skills to pay the bills. But if I'm going to be honest, I gotsta go with NLE (Choppa)." I then told him (NLE) to put the gun down. He pointed it back at me and told me to go back upstairs. I didn't want to die, so I did, but I told everybody else upstairs in the crib what was poppin. We all strapped up, but then we heard gunshots. "BOP BOP" I mean it was like heart breaking n***a. I see Bluey (Blueface) lying on the ground, silent, not moving, two bullet holes, blood pouring out of him. It was sad man. We all escaped through the back door. I ain't gone back yet."
Wow, what words from a witness at the crime scene. NLE has pleaded guilty to murder if the first degree, and has been sentenced to 60 years to life in prison. The 16 year old gang member in court said, "I'm sorry! Please God forgive me for my wrongs, and let me start over. I regret it. It was stupid. I am sorry. I will take full responsibility for my actions, so take me away."
Blueface who was murdered wrongfully, passed away on the same day as Juice WRLD, another famous rapper who died from a seizure at the Midway Airport in Chicago.
