Drew Nestleroad was arrested at The Phoenix Bar and Grill 12/22/2019 for impersonating St. Nicholas. He was seen entering the dining area of the restaurant from the back door and walking to a table and assaulting a woman who immediately started crying. She was visibly upset as was others at the table. He was also charged with being a poor imitation of the jolly ole man because he was too thin trying to hide his lanky figure with a pillow. He was released after his mother Brandy Nestleroad posted bond. She tried to get him out of jail with a story about him being home a few days from Fort Lewis where he is supposedly stationed with the military. Charges are pending awaiting a phone call from his Sgt.
