Every year in Sweden we postpone the fireworks for about SEK 200 million. Individuals burn off SEK 160 million, and various events and professional actors account for SEK 40 million, according to the Swedish Fireworks Association.

In order to be able to shoot rockets with a stick after June 1, 2019, both permits and training are required.
? You must have permission to use flammable and explosive goods from the municipality and in some cases also from the police. You search in the municipality where you live or where the business is to be conducted.
? You must have undergone B or C education at a training provider approved by the Social Protection and Preparedness Authority. Upon completion of the course, the training provider sends a copy of the certificate to the MSB for registration.
The amended rules only apply to rockets with control stick. Other types of fireworks are not affected.
