The Federal Trade Commission is to re-evaluate YouTube's successful appeal after staff members found a loophole in the system.
YouTube's appeal stated things about a redirection system for kids 12 and younger.
The FTC staff members have found that the age can be bypassed.
If YouTube loses the re-evaluation of the appeal, they can be forced to shut down under the law. If YouTube wins, they'll have to have 2-Factor Age Verification.
Existing YouTube accounts will be unaffected, except those believed to be underage.
