On January the 3rd 2020 a Irish Woman (Who doesn't want to be named for privacy reasons) spotted what she thought was a "Megalodon" near the Great Blasket Islands. A bunch of shark experts went to go find the Meg. They were using sonars to detect anything underneath the ocean. While hunting for the Meg they came across something else once they found something big underneath the surface. They found what looks like to be a boat underneath the ocean near the Blasket Islands. We were only allowed to get one photo of the wreck but on the other side of the boat was a bite mark. They sent divers down to go explore the wreck when the found the bite marks. They confirmed it could fit a mans hand inside the hole and compared it to a megalodon tooth. If this is true or not then the Megalodon sighting is real and the Shark is still roaming the oceans of Ireland near Dingle and the Blaskets. Its unknown who this boat belonged to but we are sure it has been under the ocean for a while. We will keep you updated on the situation.
