Giannis Out With Torn Meniscus

Giannis has suffered a season ending injury. At 7:50 AM today Central Time Giannis was at the Bucks Training Facility and during a scrimmage Giannis went up for a powerful slam. He hung on the rim and jumped off. Witnesses report hearing a pop in his knee as he landed on the ground and let out a loud cry. He lay on the ground for about 16 minutes before he was carried by his teammates into the ambulance. At 10:47 AM today the doctor reported that he had torn his Meniscus and would be out indefinitely for the season. Khris Middleton on twitter has stated, “Prayers up to my teammate and friend Giannis hope you get better.” It is yet to be determined if her will make a full recovery in time for the upcoming playoffs. If he does return it will be on limited minutes as well as a very different playing style to prevent further damage.
