Billie Fox, 18, Clogged at a toilet at China Star in Bismarck ND. Bismarck Police Department were notified at approximately 3:00 pm on Friday, January 31st after she refused to unclog it while sliding around in the bathroom in her own feces. Fox fled quickly from the scene towards the highway with her thumb in the air screaming, “mi hoy minoy” until a trucker picked her up. If you have any information of Fox’s whereabouts please contact Bismarck Police Department. A reward will be given out, a free pair of chopsticks from China Star.
