At 12:34 pm Tuesday morning, Kodiak Ak, A "fish man" was spotted crawling out of a sewer gutter. It was reported that one minute after finally making it out if the gutter, it started viciously attacking local residents, killing 23 local residents as writing. Local first responders are at the moment trying to capture and contain the "Fish man" with no success. The "fish man" is reported to be headed to the ocean, where it is suspected to lay eggs underwater and eventually take over the world.
