U.S. Marine Corporal Gerardo Nunez is pending Courts Martial as well as Federal punishment after being found an assailant to an underground illegal food trafficking business based in Augusta, Georgia. The business has been reported to sell ‘Chick-Fil-A’ sandwiches within Burke County on Sunday. Sunday being the only day this major food chain is closed and yields and easy profit. Among many charges faced by Cpl Nunez and his co-conspirators, tax evasion is the most upholding. In a statement by Burke County Federal prosecutors “ these acts describe a range of activities that intend to subvert the state's tax system, in no way should Mr. Nunez be able to continue assisting in this illegal act”
