Suspect Cpl Julius Donath is wanted for screeching at a local dominoes driver. The noise startled the driver at the time delivering pizza, who suffers from a heart condition, and went into cardiac arrest shortly. Motrin and socks were not enough to save her and was pronounced dead at the scene. Bystanders described the noise as a cross of a T-rex and a sheep.
