As he was mistreated like former artists in EXO by the company, SM Entertainment, Johnny has taken his leave from the group.
He says in a recent V Live that he has been brutally mistreated by the staff and company as a whole, claiming that he was being under paid and had less lines then the members. He had also hoped the other members of the whole group including the sub-units find justice and leave while they can.
