Woman known as Mandy "Mandrins" Carroll stripped bare naked and ran around busy O'Connell streets in Dublin screaming "I love Wlly's" . The woman was chased by a number of Gardai and by passers who where shocked to see her posing for a Facebook Picture wearing nothing only high heels. She has been detained at store street garda station. Further information is yet to come.
