On Tuesday, Billie EIlish tested positive for COVID-19. Later that day, she claimed she couldn’t breathe and also had a fever of 103.7. She later called 911 and several minutes later, the ambulance showed up and escorted her to the hospital, where nurses and doctors were draped in gowns and protective gear. They put her on a ventilator, which was done because she could not breath by herself. Shorty after, around 6 pm, she was diagnosed with pneumonia, an infection in the lungs which inflames the air sacs and fills the lungs with fluid. The doctors at Southern California Hospital at Hollywood, did everything they could but, sadly, she didn’t make it. She was pronounced dead at 7:43 pm Tuesday, March 31, 2020. The music community is both shocked and devastated by this loss. We are praying for her family and friends, but also her fans. In the past few years she had gained such a following but many young viewers. Also part of whom that are devastated by this loss.
