Finley, a one-year old Australian Shepherd Dog, has been named Town Manager of Fort Kent, Maine. The election was held on March 23rd, 2020, with few members of the community coming out to vote, likely due to fears of COVID-19. This is a first in town history to have a dog elected as manager.
