After issuing an order for Virginia Residents to stay home till June 10th. Virginia Governor Ralph Northam issued another order prohibiting all sale of alcohol. Any individual selling will be charged with a felony reckless endangerment. When asked why he decided to issue another order today Northam responded, "Only a fool would take this seriously."
