Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer announced today that she is stepping down from her position as governor of Michigan. Whitmer said that she was severely under qualified for the job to begin with and can no longer handle the pressure of copying everything Ohio’s governor is doing. Lieutenant Governor Garland Gilcrist will not be stepping in her place as he is even less qualified to run the great state of Michigan. The position will be temporarily filled by Eric Trump until the election in November.
