Salisbury police are reporting major spikes in speeding violations as the spread of COVID-19 continues to reduce highway traffic throughout the state.
In one high-speed violation, Fruitland Police spotted two motorcyclists racing at more than 115 mph, referring to the act as “reckless, dangerous, and unacceptable.”
