Family and Friends of 16 year old Peter Hayes are heartbroken after he was involved in a horrifying motorcycle accident East of the M4 around 5:45pm. The young teen ran a red light which followed into the M4 and crashed his motorcycle. Paramedics were rushed to the scene and Peter Hayes unfortunately passed away on the way to Liverpool Hospital after suffering several injuries.
