Locals in Dublin Ireland have recently spotted a boy who fits the characteristics of a boy who also happens to be wanted on the FBI's Top 10 Most Wanted Criminals List. There is a $10,000,000 Bounty on the boys head for assault of a police officer, drug smuggling, various drug crimes, being the drippiest man alive and having various connections to people such as current Blood gang leader and multiple warlords all across the continent of Africa.
