The leader of a violent street gang in the City of Rizal is wanted for the murder of 27 people in street fight at construction site

On Aug. 12, 2020, Dell Zeymour, also known as "Chemical," along with others, are involve at street fight outside near the intersection of Lander and Courtney streets in Pasay. Dell Zeymour and his members approached another gang at Robinson's last year. The victims men were hit by the gunfire; Stubbs, 67, died last year.
The Leader of Death Zone Gang Dell Zeymour (Chemical) is still wanted and Zed Villegas was arrested in April 10 2020 as a result of a multi-year gang-violence investigation by the FBI's Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force and the City of Rizal Police Department. He was charged with racketeering conspiracy, murder in furtherance of drug trafficking, and murder through use of a firearm.
