Tipton County Woman charged in swallowing neighbor's pit bulls. Kelly Goodman 60 year old great grandmother was charged last night when neighbor's pit bulls disappeared. When Goodman asked she replied "i swallowed them."
Goodman is out on $10,000 bond.
