The White House late Friday announced that the name of the building on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C. that houses the United States Department of Justice would be changed effective immediately.
The ornate building has previously been named the Robert F. Kennedy Justice Building and now will be known as the Roy Cohn Presidential Attorney's Office Building.
"Nobody these days even remembers who "what's his name" was" said President Trump in his announcement. "That was so long ago that it's not relevant anymore" he said. "This better describes the true mission of the Department anyway" he concluded.
The removal of any plaques and designations will begin next week.
