Friday afternoon at approximately 6:30pm laredo police department receives an anonymous tip of a man having sexual intercourse with a horse from a near by ranch. Upon arrival sergeant whittensmith identifies the man as William Turgeon nicknamed “el feo”.He is currently under Investigation awaiting trial no one knows the motive to this terrible act but justice will be served to that poor horse! The laredo police department wants to congratulate everyone who helped out on this case and warns everyone to hide their horses!!!
