Henry Trung T. Huynh was reportedly stopped by ICE while trying to smuggle Crack Cocaine in his 1990 red Honda Civic. Mr. Huynh was also on PCP while driving towards his next "delivery". Other charges towards Mr. Huynh include : Sexual Assault, Attempted Murder, Rape (24 counts of victims), smuggling of whale semen, extreme sex trafficking ring, and more. Mr. Huynh's disguise allowed him to travel multiple time ranging from Colombia to Japan. One report states that " Henry's street name was El chino Loko". Mr. Huynh is now facing life in prison.
