De La Cruz was reported missing in August 8, at Farewell City, triggering an intensive search by the OSP. The next day, searchers found his vehicle at an highway, about 220 kilometers north of Farewell City. His cell phone was found in the woods last Saturday, but there was no sign of the singer until he showed up at his parents house. He claims to have been kidnapped, but says that he doesn't remember much of what happened. The police are still investigating.
