Illegal Marijuana trade charges October 23, 2020. Mladen Sibinac who was running a secret marijuana smuggling business was obtaining 50lbs from suppliers in California hiding it inside of the vending machines and exporting them overseas for cash payments. He was held for a $300,000 cash bond pending his judgement from his previous criminal record of home invasion within the chicago land area. In his plea deal he was asked the motive behind all this and he stated in his statement “I will do anything to collect as much cash to go back to my motherland country” along of people arrested is friend Ivan Pavlovic “Pablo” whose residents shows to be in Tennessee, but due to Immigration Status provision he is living at a unknown address in Chicago, IL.
