Witnesses say that there was an empty car parked in the side of the road with the headlights beaming. Witnesses pulled over to find 22 year old Ky’Alla rolling her lips on the wood. The saying was said to have came from popular singer August Alsina of New Orleans, Louisiana. I luv this sh*t.
