Ashley Steward of donegal Road ipswich has been caught malestering his neighbours cat for the third time this year. The cat is currently being treated with serious injuries. Ashley's family had commented that "we always knew he had a weird attraction to cats"
His neighbours have forwarded video footage of the incident which is to graphic to reveal. Ashley is awaiting trial of such disturbing acts in the community.
