Jim Tot of Davenport Iowa has finally been arrested for trafficking miscellaneous drugs in and out of Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. At around 4:00am we seen Mr.Tot on the highway in Illinois coming from a drug house. Undercover Detective Daniels has been watching Mr.Tot for awhile now. With the help of our Confidential Informants we have another smuggler off the streets he is currently being held with no bond in Cook County
