Richard Martínez, was apprehended after leading California Highway Patrol on a High Speed chase. The Teen was a driving a 2007 Ford Mustang, when A CHP Officer clocked him at 90 Mph, near Ave 52 and Highway 86 in Coachella. The Teen evaded the Officers for several miles, eventually A Riverside county sheriff Deputy managed to conduct a pit maneuver on the Teens Vehicle. Officers when conducting a search on His Person found several bags containing a white substance, which has been sent to a Laboratory for further analysis. Bail has been set at $27,000.
