Deputies say at around 5:17AM, Multiple shots were fired outside of a moving vehicle on South Clara Avenue, according to the Volusia County Sheriffs Office. Deputies are seeking arrest warrants as witnesses say they seen 4-5 men opening fire and shortly speeding off.
