Nicholas Antonio Sandavar is an international terrorist who has been on the run for almost 4 years. Nick first became wanted when he took over a local McDonald's Fresno California with bomb threats and brandishing a firearm. Apparently the altercation transpired when the restaurant served Mr. Sandavar cold chicken nuggets. When police arrived on scene Nick surrendered himself into custody, only to later escape and flee the country by boarding an international flight using identy theft.
Under the new identity 'James McLouth' Nick Sandavar became a productive member of Australian society and ended up owning a local McDonald's franchise. His buisness shared a parking lot with a Hungry Jack's (known as Burger King in the USA), which eventually was burned down by a known fugitive from the UK, Shane Mendez. Mendez claimed 'James McLouth' promised a life time of mcnuggets to burn down his competitor. However Mendez was disappointed to find thr Maccas was closed the following week, and that's when
Shane Mendez reported the incident to Australian authorities. The Queensland authorities put out an ad asking for more information. A friend of the apparent James McLouth, Joshua Ferguson, reached out to Queensland officials claiming he knew McLouth personally and wanted to see justice.
Later James McLouth, actually Nick Sandvar had arra get to meet with Ferguson, unknowingly who was setting up a sting to catch the fugitive. Nick was later taken into custody on April 17th (2021) and is awaiting deportation to America for trial.
